Strictly necessary cookies

The site uses a session cookie and a CSRF token cookie so that pages load correctly and form submissions and sign-in are protected against cross-site request forgery.

These are required for the site to function, so they are set without asking for consent, as permitted by the ePrivacy rules and GDPR.

Local storage

The cookie notice you see on your first visit stores a single value in your browser to remember that you dismissed it. It is not sent to our servers and does not identify you.

Cookies we do not use

No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no third-party profiling on the marketing site.

Controlling cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and clear local storage in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and forms.

Inside the mobile app

The Expensorr mobile app does not use browser cookies. It stores your session token and preferences on the device so you stay signed in, and it uses push notification tokens if you enable notifications.

Deleting the app, or deleting your account from Settings, then Danger Zone, removes that local state.
