Use of the service

Expensorr helps you record expenses and income, scan receipts, parse voice entries, organize wallets, budgets, labels, payment methods, currencies, and split expenses. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, import, scan, or approve.

You must use Expensorr lawfully and must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful content, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your login method and for activity under your account. You should keep your device and credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

AI features

Receipt scanning, document parsing, and voice capture may generate suggested transaction details. These suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review AI-generated information before saving or relying on it.

Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase handled through the app store or payment provider shown at checkout. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by that provider's terms.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the transaction records, receipts, notes, and other content you add to Expensorr. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

No financial advice

Expensorr is an expense tracking and organization tool. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. Reports, budgets, trends, exchange rates, and AI outputs are informational and should be verified independently.

Service changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We may also update these terms when needed. Continued use of Expensorr after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expensorr is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
