What do I get by paying for Expensorr Premium?
Premium removes the monthly cap on AI receipt scanning and voice expense capture. It does not unlock features that are otherwise hidden, because there are none: the rest of the app is free.
Is there a free trial?
The free plan is not time-limited, so there is nothing to expire. You can use Expensorr indefinitely without paying and only upgrade if you exceed 20 AI captures in a month.

How does AI receipt scanning work in Expensorr?
You photograph or upload a receipt and Expensorr extracts the merchant, date, total, and a suggested category, then presents it as a draft transaction for you to confirm before it is saved. Nothing is saved without your review.
What receipt file formats does Expensorr accept?
Expensorr accepts JPG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, PDF, DOC, and DOCX files, including HEIC photos taken on an iPhone.
Can I add an expense by speaking instead of typing?
Yes. Voice capture parses the amount, merchant, and category out of a spoken sentence and creates a draft transaction from it.
Does receipt scanning work on faded or crumpled receipts?
Usually, though extraction accuracy drops on badly damaged receipts. Because every scan is presented as a draft for review rather than saved automatically, a misread field is corrected before it reaches your records.

What is the difference between a category and a label in Expensorr?
A category describes the kind of spending, such as groceries or transport, and each transaction has exactly one. A label describes context, such as a client, project, or trip, and a transaction can carry several. Keeping them separate is what stops category lists from sprawling.
Can Expensorr split expenses with other people?
Yes. Any expense can be split evenly, by shares, or by exact amounts. Balances accumulate per person and are settled as a net amount rather than reimbursed line by line.
What Expensorr does not do
Does Expensorr connect to my bank account?
No. Expensorr has no bank sync. Transactions are added by scanning a receipt, speaking, importing a spreadsheet, or entering them manually. If automatic bank feeds are essential to you, Expensorr is not the right tool.
Can Expensorr file my taxes?
No. Expensorr keeps organised records and exports them, but it does not calculate or submit tax returns. Filing is done by you, your accountant, or dedicated tax software.

Yes. You can delete your account from inside the app, which removes the account and schedules associated data for removal.
